Minor repairs and Service Desk mechanical work at Unit 9 — brakes, tyres, belts, oil & filters. Caravan and trailer paths keep the plate-bypass builder.

Standing brand rule: Servicing is not a separate business site. It is an own tab on Albyn MOT (and on Habitation Checks Scotland). Same Unit 9 depot family.

Vehicle mechanical

Oil, filters, coolant, screenwash, brakes, hubs and tyres for cars, vans and motorhomes — booked through the shared Service Desk diary. Prices are POA / quoted unless a locked figure exists.

Caravan & trailer

Chassis / safety packages with plate bypass (many towables have no or unusual VRM). Same builder UX as the Hab site — tick Caravan or Trailer first.

Service Desk booking rules

Build your Service Desk job

Choose vehicle type, pick a package, customise the ticks, then Book — prices are POA / quoted. Car / van / motorhome use the yellow plate. Caravan & trailer skip plate lookup (many have no or unusual VRM) and use chassis / safety packages. Flows into our booking enquiry and shared Unit 9 Service Desk diary — Reed confirms the slot.

Vehicle registration

We normalise spaces on your plate. Official DVLA/MOT data needs an API key — we will not invent make/model.

Caravan / trailer details

No number-plate lookup for towables — many caravans and trailers have no plate or an unusual VRM. Optional make / model / notes help Reed quote.

Confirm your vehicle

Live DVLA/MOT API wires when Dean unlocks API key — for now confirm vehicle details yourself.
